The project to create a single corporate group management companies Andijan and Namangan regions
The company is the controlling shareholder of spinning and weaving and garment enterprises located in Namangan and Andijan regions of Uzbekistan. These companies include:
- In Namangan region:
- JSC “Noreen” spinning and weaving plant
- JSC JV «KLAINA TEXTIL» Spinning Mill
- JSC “Uychi” shoe factory
- On the Andijan region: OOO «SL TEKS» garment factory.
The analysis showed that a key measure of sustainable development of enterprises is a single enterprise, covering all the technological updating of the production of garments.
The process of combining the enterprises to be implemented in several stages.
Positive aspects of unification:
implementation of a single human, technical and economic policies;
zvennosti reduction and optimization of production management, minimization of duplication of jobs and decision-making;
significant reduction of fixed costs;
the involvement of highly qualified specialists in production management and increase the effectiveness of management decisions;
the most complete use of the benefits provided to producers of finished goods, and factors such as “economies of scale”, increasing the share of value-added, cost management, and other products.
Moreover, a positive solution of this proposal to allow the completion of reconstruction and spinning and for a short time to organize in Namangan region for the production of clothing manufacture of knitted shirts. It will also allow the job of the State Investment Program.
